We don’t believe in cutting corners. The best food is made with the finest ingredients, many of which are grown or produced by local suppliers right here, in Jersey.
Our highly experienced culinary wizards in our open kitchen are only handling the freshest produce to create a rotating seasonal brunch menu, light bites, sharing plates and tasty takeaway options for you.

After working for 10 years in the world of environment & sustainability, our founder, Zara Churton had an epiphany. Continue along that path, or realise her lifelong dream to open a restaurant.
Zara decided to follow her heart (and husband) and moved to Jersey. She found the perfect venue in the heart of St Helier and from that moment, The Pavilion was born!
